Alex and Nye first crossed paths at SThree two decades ago.
They each followed their own successful careers in recruitment and technology, but after working together on the Board of Sourcebreaker, they decided to team up as co-founders and Autometry was born!
Their journey began with a simple realisation: despite access to advanced tech tools and endless candidate pools, recruiter productivity remained stagnant. Alex, hailing from the Welsh seaside, made her mark in the tech industry over 25 years ago with a tech careers platform that rapidly became a European giant. Meanwhile, Nye, a Scottish Highlands native, honed his passion for improving recruiter productivity while building and scaling a large firm in Germany to over 600 heads.
The backbone of Autometry lies in their combined expertise. Nye brings forensic knowledge of recruitment and how every single stage of the process impacts the end result. While Alex brings an unparalleled understanding of how technology platforms can be built and optimised to drive insane results.
Autometry's mission is clear: supercharge recruiters’ productivity. They envision a future where recruiters can 10x their outcomes. It might mean doing things very differently.
